vegini Wok with Cubes italian style


recipe for 2 portions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Heat up the wok pan with some oil and fry the brokkoli on high heat. Add the finely chopped garlic as well as the carrots and peppers. Sear it for a few minutes.
  2. Now add the Cubes and season it with some salt, pepper as well as some chili flakes if you like.
  3. Deglaze with a dash of soy sauce and chili sauce and add some chopped coriander and the super easy dish is ready to serve.


  • 140 g Cubes Italian Style
  • fresh brokkoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh coriander
  • olive oil, salt, pepper
  • chili flakes
  • soy sauce, chili sauce
