vegini Thai Curry


recipe for 2 persons

  1. Heat up the sesame oil and fry the vegini Cubes at medium heat. Then add the ginger, as well as the sugar peas, peppers, sliced carrots and the curry paste and roast for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the coconut milk and a splash of soy sauce to the vegetables. Crush the lemon grass with the back of the knife and also add it to the pan. let it simmer on low heat, and add the white mushrooms at the end.
  3. As a topping, add some vegini Cubes and fresh thai basil. Enjoy!


  • vegini Cubes Italian Style
  • 2 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 sugar peas
  • basil
  • 1/2 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • lemon grass
  • 5-6 white mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • soy sauce
  • orange juice
