vegini Summer Rolls
Preparation
recipe for 2 pesons
- Add all the ingredients for the dip into a bowl and mix it well.
- Fry the vegini Cubes in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy.
- Soak the rice paper in some water and fill it with the cubes and the pre-cut vegetables as well as the cooked rice noodles.
- Fold the rice paper and roll it into a little roll - serve it with the dip sauce as a healthy snack or appetizer.

- For the dip:
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple sirup
- 1 garlic clove
- chili flakes
- sesame oil
- lime juice
