recipe for 1 strudel


  1. Heat up a little dash of oil in a pan and fry the spinach, garlic on medium heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fill the strudel dough with the spinach mixture and add small feta cubes on top.
  2. Now fry the vegini Cubes in the same pan that you used for the spinach mixture until they are brown. Also add on top of the strudel filling.
  3. Roll up the strudel carefully and bake in the oven at 200° C for about 20 min.

  • 1 pkg. strudel dough
  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • 40 g vegan feta cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • oil
