recipe for 2 portions

  1. For the dressing mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, olive oil, sriracha in a small bowl. Add the crushed garlic and ginger and some water if you want a more liquid dressing.
  2. Cook the soba noodles and cut the vegetable inso small pices and julienne.
  3. Fry the vegini Schnitzerl in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Arrange the noodles and the prepared vegetable and mix with as much dressing as you want.
  5. Cut the cooked Schnitzerl into stripes and place it onto the noodles on the plate. Bon Appetit!


  • 140 g vegini Schnitzerl
  • 100 g soba noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 of a red cabbage
  • 2-3 red raddish
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 small pepper
  • oil


  • dressing:
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. soy saucee
  • 1tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • water
