recipe for 2 portions

  1. Put the bell peppers, spring onions, tomatoes, carrots on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and roast at 200°C in the oven for about 20 min.
  2. In the meantime, half the onions and roast in a pan until they soften. Then add the vegetable broth, the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Sriracha sauce and let it simmer.
  3. Cook the noodles according to packaging instructions and fry the Pulled Chunks in a bit of oil.
