vegini Ramen Bowl
Preparation
recipe for 2 portions
- Put the bell peppers, spring onions, tomatoes, carrots on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and roast at 200°C in the oven for about 20 min.
- In the meantime, half the onions and roast in a pan until they soften. Then add the vegetable broth, the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Sriracha sauce and let it simmer.
- Cook the noodles according to packaging instructions and fry the Pulled Chunks in a bit of oil.
- Assemble the broth with the cooked noodles and add the roasted vegetables, garnish with the pulled chunks. Add some sesame and sprouts and serve!/li>

- 4 small bell paprika
- 4 small carrots
- spring onions
- 2 Tomaten
- Sesam
- frische Sprossen
- Ramen Nudeln
- Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer
Additional
- 1 Litre vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4-6 slices of fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
