vegini Pepperfilet Sandwich
Preparation

- For the salsa cut the tomatoes, the pepper, the chili and onions into small cubes and marinade it with olive oil, salt and pepper as well as a little bit of lime juice.
- Cut the sandwich bread into half and toast it in the oven.
- In the meantime fry the pepperfilet in some oil in a pan until golden brown. Assemble the bread with some salad and the salsa and place the pepperfilet on top. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top of the pepperfilet for extra flavour, so you can enjoy it hot or cold!
