Sweet and Sour Nuggets
Preparation

- First prepare the sweet sour sauce: Add pineapple juice, rice vinegar with the ketchup and soy sauce into a pan and heat up with 1 tbsp of starch and 1 tbsp of water until the sauce thickens a little. Take it off the heat and let it rest.
- Cook the rice with some lemon peel as a special seasoning.
- Fry the vegini Nuggets in a pan with a little olive oil from both sides until golden crispy, add the prepared sweet and sour sauce and gently swirl the nuggets in the sauce.
- Assemble the coated Nuggets on top of the rice and add the pineapple, tomato and spring onion pieces shortly before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!

- 70 ml rice vinegar
- 40 g brown sugar
- 3 EL ketchup
- 1 EL soy sauce
- rice
- lemon peel of 1 lemon
