recipe for 2 portions

  1. First prepare the sweet sour sauce: Add pineapple juice, rice vinegar with the ketchup and soy sauce into a pan and heat up with 1 tbsp of starch and 1 tbsp of water until the sauce thickens a little. Take it off the heat and let it rest.
  2. Cook the rice with some lemon peel as a special seasoning.
  3. Fry the vegini Nuggets in a pan with a little olive oil from both sides until golden crispy, add the prepared sweet and sour sauce and gently swirl the nuggets in the sauce.
  4. Assemble the coated Nuggets on top of the rice and add the pineapple, tomato and spring onion pieces shortly before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
