Preparation



  1. Mix the flour and salt with 120 ml water into a dough. Let it rest for about 10 min. then and knead the dough again. Cut the dough into small pieces and roll the dough bals into circle shape (about 2mm thickness)
  2. Sautée the onions, ginger, and chopped garlic in some oil and add the vegetables. Fry again for about 5 min on high heat. Add the spinach and fry it until the liquid is condensed. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper and let it cool.
  3. Fill the prepared dough circles with the vegetable filling and let it cook and steam in a steaming basked for about 6 minutes. Serve with a side of mashed peas and some extra spinach.

  • 1 vegini ground beef
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • olive oil, salt, pepper
  • 1 teasp. sesame oil

  • 300 g spelled flour
  • 120 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
