vegini Goulash


recipe for 4 portions

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry in a little oil in a pan, then add the tomato puree and paprika powder.
  2. Add the rest of the spices and the broth let it simmer. Fry the Pulled Chunks in an extra pan and add the Pulled Chunks into the paprika sauce.
  3. Season with some salt and pepper. If the sauce is too watery add some corn starch. Bevore serving remove the bay leaf and enjoy!

  • caraway seeds, paprika powder
  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • corn starch
