Chili con vegini
Preparation
recipe for 4 portions
- Fry the vegini ground beef in some oil in a pan until golden brown.
- Sautée the chopped onions and garlic in some oil, then add the smoked paprika powder and the chili powder and roast the spices with the onions for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree and sautée it with the onion and garlic.
- Add the bay leaf and a little dash of white wine.
- Fill up with tomato passata and the corn and beans and let it simmer until you reach the desired consistency.
- For the last step, add the pre-fried ground beef into the tomato chili pot.

- 100 g pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of tomato passata

- 1 bay leaf
- 500 ml vegetable broth
