Chili con vegini


recipe for 4 portions

  1. Fry the vegini ground beef in some oil in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Sautée the chopped onions and garlic in some oil, then add the smoked paprika powder and the chili powder and roast the spices with the onions for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree and sautée it with the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the bay leaf and a little dash of white wine.
  4. Fill up with tomato passata and the corn and beans and let it simmer until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. For the last step, add the pre-fried ground beef into the tomato chili pot.
