vegini Burger Mexican Style

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Corn Fritters as a part of the burger filling. Therefore cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix everything in a mixing bowl. Form small patties and fry them in a little oil in a pan until golden and crispy. Keep them warm in the oven.
  2. Put the vegini Burger on the Grill or fry in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile cut the red cabbage, tomatos and salad and put the burger together and assemble with the other ingredients.

  • Corn Fritters:
  • 150 g all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 chili small
  • 200 g pre cooked corn
  • 125 g oatmilk
  • 100 g vegan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt
