vegini Burger Mexican Style
Preparation

- Prepare the Corn Fritters as a part of the burger filling. Therefore cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix everything in a mixing bowl. Form small patties and fry them in a little oil in a pan until golden and crispy. Keep them warm in the oven.
- Put the vegini Burger on the Grill or fry in a pan with a little oil. Meanwhile cut the red cabbage, tomatos and salad and put the burger together and assemble with the other ingredients.

- 150 g all purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 red peppers
- 1 chili small
- 200 g pre cooked corn
- 125 g oatmilk
- 100 g vegan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt
