recipe for 2 burger

  1. Put the parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and basil into a bowl and mix it until it reaches a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the cherry tomatoes, onions and parsley for the salsa ingredients and add a dash of balsamic vinegar.
  3. Fry the vegini burger patties in some olive oil on each side for about 2 min. on medium heat. Then add a piece of vegan mozarella on top and let the cheese melt.
  4. Toast the burger buns and add the pesto on one side, then assemble the rucola and vegini burger on top. Add as much salsa as you like and enjoy!


For the pest:

  • ca. 30 g vegan Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 ml Olivenöl
  • 1 small bound of basil/li>
  • salt & pepper

  • For the Italian Style salsa:

  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 of an onion
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1-2 tbsp Balsamico

  • Burger:

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 vegini burger patties
  • vegan mozarella
  • oil
