vegini Burger Italian Style
Preparation
recipe for 2 burger
- Put the parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil and basil into a bowl and mix it until it reaches a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the cherry tomatoes, onions and parsley for the salsa ingredients and add a dash of balsamic vinegar.
- Fry the vegini burger patties in some olive oil on each side for about 2 min. on medium heat. Then add a piece of vegan mozarella on top and let the cheese melt.
- Toast the burger buns and add the pesto on one side, then assemble the rucola and vegini burger on top. Add as much salsa as you like and enjoy!
