recipe for 2 portions

  1. Bake the croissants according to instructions or get some freshly baked croissants from your bakery.
  2. Half the avocado and mash it up, season it with some lemon, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat up some olive oil in a pan, cut the mushrooms in slices and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the vegini ground beef and fry for some minutes.
  4. Cute the croissants open and spead the avocado mash, add the rucola, the minced, mushrooms, parsley and add a dash of balsamic vinegar on top.


  • 1 tray ground beef
  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • 1 handful of rucola
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • freshly baked croissants
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • salt & pepper
  • balsamic vinegar
