vegini Avocado Salad
Preparation
recipe for 2 portions
- Cut the avocado, the red pepper as well as the spring onions into small pieces and mix with beans. Add a dash of lemon juice.
- For the dressing mix the Balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and some sugar to a marinade and pour it over the rucola salad.
- Fry the cubes in a little oil in a pan and assemble the salad with the vegetables and enjoy!
